I have worked in the social sector for 15 years and currently still do. This work involves supporting individuals with complex needs change their thoughts, feelings and behaviour and live better, more fulfilling lives. I have a degree in psychology and over the years, I have had extensive training in behaviour change therapies and techniques, including cognitive behavioural therapy. I am a certified meditation teacher and Tarot reader. I have completed an ICF certified diploma in Personal Performance Coaching with Europe's leading coaching academy.
I have been through many struggles in life, from navigating single parenthood to experiencing narcissistic abuse but my biggest achievements and most impactful changes were born from those hard times.
As a professionally trained and experienced life coach, I have the tools and understanding to help you to create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self.

Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want. We can talk on the phone or via videocalls. Sessions last an hour. We make these arrangements during the first intake session.
